The Golden Foodies

Live cooking demonstrations will showcase top recipes and tips from Irvine Spectrum Chefs on world class Fisher Paykel & DCS kitchens in May and June. 

In partnership with the Golden Foodie Awards, Irvine Spectrum Center is hosting the Golden Chef Series, an outdoor culinary showcase with live chef demonstrations beginning early May.
Using Fisher Paykel & DCS world-class kitchen space by the Giant Wheel, the Golden Chef Series is open to the public and will feature top recipes and cooking tips from Irvine Spectrum Center restaurant chefs, including:

  • Saturday, May 7 at 2 p.m. Chef Sarah Daniels of Del Frisco’s Grille and Chef Anthony Endy of Paul Martin's American Grill
  • Saturday, May 21 at 2 p.m. Chef Reny Flores and Chef Jon Kim from the Newly opened Kona Grill and Chef Byron Generalao of Dave and Buster's
  • Saturday, June 4 at 2 p.m. Chef Tony Trujillo  of CUCINA enoteca and Casey Reinhardt of Casey's Cupcakes
  • Saturday, June 18 at 2 p.m. Chef Roberet Waddell of Brio Tuscan Grille and Chef Alejandro Benes of Wood Ranch BBQ and Grill
